The Vision
seeing lives transformed by jesus
Jesus came to transform lives.
He came to bring life-transforming forgiveness, freedom and joy to the broken, the hurting, the forgotten and all who would put their trust in him. He came to help the blind see, set the captives free and to declare the year of the lord’s favour. He drew near so that by his beautiful presence and his self-giving compassion, ordinary people like you and me might be introduced to a real relationship with a heavenly Father who loves us more than we could ever know.
Jesus came to do this 2,000 years ago, and he is still doing it today. This is the vision God has given us as a church – to see lives transformed by Jesus. Whether it’s our families, our communities, our workplaces or individuals, we believe Jesus wants to bring his life-changing transformation through us as a church family as we carry his presence by the Holy Spirit and love practically with his heart of compassion.
“And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
